Food Conscience
I have an eating disorder, particularly an obsession with food, which society views as a mental disorder. Through brainstorming, sketching, and creating, I visualized my condition in the form of a fiber pillow. I began this project to diagnose myself and transform my guilt and obsession with food into something interesting.
In this work, I expressed my state after eating, exercising briefly, and then going to bed. Although reality doesn't change much, I chose physical pain over guilt, which greatly impacts my sleep. Reflecting on these struggles allowed me to self-diagnose, and the joy of turning negative energy into positive energy has become a key reason for continuing my creative practices.
